In this video, I'll explain the special features you should know when switching from an AGM battery to a lithium battery. I'll show you which settings need to be made on the EBL electronics block and a charging booster (mine is both from Schaudt). The charging booster is particularly interesting for Euro 6d temp vehicles, and I'll explain how such a booster works. Van motorhomes usually have individual seats with a swivel base. Since the AGM battery is located underneath on the passenger side, I'll show you how to remove the swivel base without first having to separate the seat from the swivel base. I'll also show you the app for Android and iOS that comes with the battery, which connects to the battery via Bluetooth and displays the battery's current operating status. I'll also explain how a battery management system (BMS) works and what its purpose is. And unfortunately, it's now happened - I've introduced the first small kink into my motorhome with this DIY project - well, there's always a chip on the chip, and it's not that bad.
