I Hate chest based heart rate monitors. They're annoying to use, restrictive on your breathing and I think there are better ways to get accurate chart rate data. In this video I review the Coros arm based chart rate monitor and test it on the bike and running against the chest based heart rate monitor from Garmin to see whether heart rate from your arm is accurate, or not.
