News/Expert (Currently serializing a frugal column) ↓ https://news.yahoo.co.jp/expert/creat... ■ESSEonline (Currently serializing a savings column) ↓ https://esse-online.jp/list/author/みさき ■Instagram (Savings information & daily life of my family) ↓ / misaki_setsuyaku.life ◉Recipe (The quantities used in the video are for approximately 3-4 adult servings) ■Monday ◯Chicken Breast Yurinchi (Chinese-style fried chicken) 【Ingredients】 ・Chicken breast 2 1 slice • Sake: 2 tablespoons • Sugar: 4 teaspoons • Potato starch: 6 tablespoons (Sauce) • Green onions: 2 • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons • Easy vinegar: 3 tablespoons • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon • Chicken stock powder: 1/2 teaspoon • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon • Ginger paste (from a tube): 3 cm [Instructions] ① Rub sake and sugar into the chicken breast and let it sit for about 10 minutes. ② Coat the entire chicken from ① with potato starch. ③ Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry one side for 4 minutes. ④ To cook it through, cover and steam-fry for about 2 minutes. ⑤ Remove the lid, flip the chicken over, and fry the other side for about 4 minutes. ⑥ Make the sauce. Finely chop the green onions. ⑦ Put ⑥ and all the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well. ⑧ Cut ⑤ into bite-sized pieces. ⑨ Pour ⑦ over ⑧ and it's done. ■Tuesday ◯Steamed Pangasius with Butter and Soy Sauce 【Ingredients】 ・Pangasius: 2 pieces ・Onion: 1/2 ・Shimeji mushrooms: 1/2 bunch ・Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon ・Margarine: 10g ・Parsley: to taste 【Instructions】 ① Slice the onion thinly. Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. ② Spread the onion in the center of a baking sheet, then place the pangasius and shimeji mushrooms on top. ③ Drizzle with soy sauce and top with margarine. ④ Wrap the baking sheet and arrange in a frying pan. ⑤ Add water to the frying pan to a height of 1-2 cm. ⑥ Cover and steam-fry over medium heat for 10 minutes. ⑦ Garnish with parsley and it's done! ■ Wednesday ◯ Mille-crêpe 【Ingredients】 (Crêpe batter) ) Eggs: 2 Milk: 400ml Cake flour: 90g Bread flour: 30g Sugar: 2 tablespoons Margarine: 20g (Whipped cream) Heavy cream: 200ml Sugar: 2 tablespoons (Custard cream) Egg: 1 Sugar: 3 tablespoons Cake flour: 2 tablespoons Milk: 200ml Vanilla extract: 5 drops [Instructions] ① Make the batter. In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and milk and mix. ② Add the cake flour and bread flour and mix. ③ Melt the margarine in the microwave at 800W for 30 seconds, add it to ② and mix. ④ Once thoroughly mixed, strain the batter through a sieve and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. ⑤ Spread the batter thinly in a frying pan and cook. When the edges curl up and become crispy, flip it over and cook the other side. ⑥ Repeat step ⑤ until all the batter is used, cooking about 10-12 pancakes, then let them cool. ⑦ Make the custard cream. In a heatproof bowl, combine the egg, sugar, all-purpose flour, and milk and mix. ⑧ Microwave at 800W for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave again at 800W for 1 minute and 30 seconds, and stir. ⑨ Once it has thickened, add the vanilla extract and mix, then let it cool. ⑩ Make the whipped cream. Add sugar to the heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form. ⑪ Mix the cooled custard cream and whipped cream together. ⑫ Layer the crepe batter and cream alternately. ⑬ Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. ◯ Cold Chinese Noodles [Ingredients] ・Chinese noodles: 5 servings ・Chicken breast: 1/2 piece ・Bean sprouts: 1/2 bag ・Cucumber: 1 ・Eggs: 3 ・Tempura batter scraps: to taste ・Mayonnaise: to taste ( (For chicken ham) Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon Salt: 1/4 teaspoon Sake: 1/2 tablespoon (Sauce) Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons Easy vinegar: 8 tablespoons Water: 4 tablespoons Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons Chinese stock: 2 teaspoons Garlic paste (from a tube): 5 cm (Boiled eggs) Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons Mirin: 2 tablespoons Japanese stock: 1/2 teaspoon [Instructions] ① Make boiled eggs.
