The Prophetic Call of the Church
In this sermon from the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost, 2026, Rev. Ben continues the theme from last week’s sermon about what the church is here for. The church is built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone, and this week, Ben focuses on the prophetic calling of the church, to speak the truth in love to the world that is rejecting Jesus. This will come at a cost, but He himself is our comfort. Jeremiah 20:7-13 Matthew 10:16-33 The post The Prophetic Call of the Church (https://www.standrewsky.org/sermons/t...) first appeared on St. Andrew's Anglican Church (https://www.standrewsky.org) .
