Ta Sega Game Gear przetrwała prawdziwe piekło - Naprawa przenośnej konsoli

⚠️ WARNING: This video contains content unsuitable for sensitive retro fans! In today's episode of the "Retro Hands" series, we're treated to a patient of special concern – a SEGA Game Gear that has been through the hands of a "professional" repair shop. A desperate mother paid 700 PLN to bring her son's console back to life. Instead of a working device, she received a battered, duct-taped unit. We'll peel off the tape, wash off the corrosive solder paste, and salvage this beautiful 8-bit piece of history. There will be a proper recapping (replacement of capacitors), an improved IPS screen installation, and a 3D-printed emergency replacement of the cut-up casing. Let us know in the comments if you've ever received a device from a repair shop in worse condition than when you dropped it off! In this episode, you'll see: 0:00 - Introduction and a brief history of the SEGA Game Gear console 0:59 - "Professional" repair for 700 PLN - a Facebook drama 2:32 - Opening the package and checking the inside (total disaster!) 4:33 - Cleaning the motherboard from corrosive paste and leaked electrolyte 4:55 - Proper capacitor replacement and IPS installation repair 6:13 - Case donor and 3D printed spacer 7:10 - Assembling the console and the grand finale! #SegaGameGear #Restoration #GameGear #RetroGaming
