It is hitting the pockets of all the people. Scrap, pervichka is illegal, so to speak. The money that is being paid to the utility, the primary operator goes to green development, not to the government, the state, the budget. That is why it is considered illegal. TALGAT DEMEGENOV, a resident of Aktau city: For example, in our Mangystau alone, there are 8,000 vehicles. Even with a project for 8 thousand vehicles, even if you put logic and mathematics into it, the money that is considered to be between 250 thousand and 215 thousand will come to the budget. We are not saying that we will pay or not. But let it be affordable. A group of citizens are stuck in a dead end because they cannot insure their foreign-imported cars. As a result, they complain that if they are caught by the "Sergek" cameras, they will incur additional fines. According to the people, it is unfair to hold cars from other countries liable, even though there is no possibility of insuring them. And the maslikhat deputy who received the drivers says that they will bring the issue to the government.
