My favourite would be the floor plate design of having units arranged in somewhat semi-d formats, so they will have more sides of openings. That's also translated into the unit layout and at that size, it's just luxurious. The best thing would be the current selling price that's lower than the completed unit's price around proximity, well at least that's for now.
