After all, USJ is one of the earliest masterplan development built by the same developer and now, SJ7 will be the brand new TOD development in this matured address. USJ is well known for it's landed homes and matured amenities such as commercial areas, schools, parks, shopping malls and etc. Personally I'm very impressed with the vision that the developer have in going beyond TOD by integrating several townships together. This definitely demonstrates the abundance of resources and knowledge to carry out such an amazing task. However, there are still some hiccups on site. The first would be the abandoned project located at the junction, then the industrial zone behind the site. But the biggest concern is still the level of traffic congestion caused by the traffic light. Hopefully the brand new elevated highway will resolve that issue. But at site, it's very very busy. BRT is full, LRT is full, roads are packed... simply wonderful for investment ;)
