Trans Dinarica Travelers Webinar: Sasha on bikepacking tips, dogs, and traveling as a solo female
Sasha Lansky from Washington, spent a good half hour explaining her journey through the southern part of the Trans Dinarica, through Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia in the middle of the hottest summer. She gave us some practical advice on what you need on a bikepacking adventure, how she coped with the heat, the dogs she met along the way, and how she was accepted as an independent female cyclist. Sasha is a competitive road and gravel cyclist, but she was still surprised by the amount of climbs on the Trans Dinarica and the occasionally challenging terrain under the tires. Definitely worth listening to if you're going on a cycling adventure to this part of the world.
