Full Body Yoga: Deep Stretch and Refresh is a workout designed to awaken every muscle, increase your mobility, and bring back the vitality you deserve. In today's practice, we focus on a complete stretch – from the crown of your head to your toes. Through fluid transitions and deep breath, we work on opening the chest, releasing the hips, and elongating the spine, leaving behind a feeling of lightness and inner peace. What will we do in this full-body yoga routine? ⬥ Upavistha Konasana (Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend): Intense opening of the inner thighs and lower back for better circulation. ⬥ Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): A classic that neutralizes the spine and lengthens the hamstrings, providing instant energy. ⬥ Low Lunge: Deep stretching of the hip flexors and the front of the legs, perfect for releasing pressure in the lower back. ⬥ Frog Pose (Bhekasana variation): Powerful opening of the hips and pelvis that brings deep emotional and physical relief. ⬥ Savasana: Final moments of peace where we allow the body to absorb all the benefits of the stretching and completely regenerate.
