This is your moment to let go of the workday and return to yourself. 🌿 What awaits you in today's practice? ♦️ Cat-Cow: We start by waking up the spine and synchronizing movement with breath to immediately reduce tension. ♦️ Thread the Needle: We target opening the shoulders and upper back, where stress accumulates the most. ♦️ Repeated Cat-Cow: We deepen mobility and additionally massage the internal organs. ♦️ Lizard Pose: An intense hip opening that will bring you immediate relief after hours of sitting. This workout is ideal if you want to prevent back pain, improve circulation, and set a clear boundary between work and free time.
