✨ Turn on subtitles for additional comments and useful information ✨ PIC DE L'ASPRA (2693 m) 🇦🇩 7.7 km / +- 790 m + ALT DEL GRIU (2879 m) 🇦🇩 10.1 km / +- 980 m Winter ascent to Pic de l’Aspra (2693 m) and Alt del Griu (2879 m), two spectacular and panoramic peaks in Andorra. Our initial plan was to complete the route in a single day, linking Pic de l’Aspra (secondary objective) with Alt del Griu (main objective) from the pass, but the weather had other plans; during the ascent we faced increasing cold, wind, and finally snowfall, with reduced visibility. Given these conditions, we decided to be cautious, shortening the day to only Pic de l’Aspra and leaving Alt del Griu for another day. On returning for the second attempt, this time the mountain rewarded us with perfect conditions: blue skies, great visibility, and a spectacular spring-like atmosphere. This allowed us to finally reach Alt del Griu, one of the great viewpoints of this area of the Andorran Pyrenees.
