Super Hot Dog in Mexic (Hot Dogs El Chino-Guadalajara, Mexic)

Hi, I'm MirceONE and today I present a super Hot Dog in Guadalajara, Mexico. The word "frankfurter" comes from Frankfurt, Germany, where they came from pork sausages similar to hot dogs. Another possible origin for serving sausages in rolls is the pieman Charles Feltman, from Coney Island in New York. In 1867 he had a cart made with a stove on which to boil sausages and a compartment to keep the buns in which they were served fresh. Anyway, in every country the hot dog is different, in Mexico we are talking about spices and almost everything you can imagine. HotDogs usually open in the evening after 6 o'clock and close somewhere in the middle of the night, El Chino closes somewhere around 3-4 in the morning being in the old center very close to the club area.
