This video shows a scene from "Abu-Tore!", a crime prevention class held for first- and second-graders at Kikugawa City Uchida Elementary School. Since 2013, the prefecture has been offering "Abu-Tore!", a training program for elementary schools and special needs schools, designed to teach students how to respond in dangerous situations. It teaches students crime prevention through hands-on experience. According to the prefecture, the number of reports of suspicious calls to children in the prefecture has recently exceeded 1,000 per year. Practice yelling "No! I'm not going!" After learning about dangerous locations where they might encounter suspicious individuals, 24 second-graders at Uchida Elementary School learned how to protect themselves by actually doing so.
