Join me for this strong, continuous yet quiet vinyasa practice that aims to get you moving, breathing and help you get out of the head and into the body! In this practice I will give less instruction and minimal cues meaning that I won't be giving you many alignment tips, I’ll primarily only be naming the poses. This is why this practice is best suited for more experienced yoga practitioners, who know the poses, know how to modify and want to just move and enjoy a steady vinyasa practice.
