50Min Vinyasa Flow | Intermediate/ Advanced Creative Yoga Flow

Today's yoga practice is a super fun and sweaty 50 minute vinyasa flow filled with creative transitions and lots of arm balances like crow pose to headstand and funky 1 legged crow! Get ready to hop out of your comfort zone and onto the mat for a slow, mindful and incredibly strong yoga practice. As in all my vinyasa classes, we will be moving breath to movement, mindfully, through a series of poses and transitions designed to prepare you for the peak poses of the practice. Before reaching them we will warm up with sun salutations, forearm planks, and lots of crow poses amongst other things.
