Relationship Between Social Security Scotland and DWP
In my debate on Social Security Scotland and the DWP, I raised serious concerns about ongoing system failures affecting Scottish carers with underlying entitlement to Carer Support Payment. I called on the Minister to ensure DWP staff understand Scottish benefits, fix the underlying errors, and properly support the thousands of carers who could be affected.
