This is PULL day after doing X3 Bar for 8-months. It’s a real grip killer! Deadlift, upright row, and calf raises actually engage your grip big time as well as the major target muscles. So, I prefer to modify the calf raises by getting into the squat setup so I can focus on just my calves.
