King's Ely Kenya Trip 2023

In October 2023, twenty-two King's Ely Sixth Form students, Mr Shaw, Ms Tyrrell, Ms Bezzina, and Mr Foster travelled to Kenya! The team spent just under a fortnight teaching and volunteering at St Andrews Turi (the school where former Deputy Head of King's Ely Senior, Mr Pennington, is now Head), and helping with decorating and renovations at a local school for children with disabilities. The group also visited Mount Longonot National Park, Lake Nakuru, and a giraffe sanctuary. This wonderful video was created by Year 13 student, Olivia Williams. Enjoy!
