Start your day with this gentle movement routine to wake up your body, designed for people who have scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, spinal fusion, or general back pain. 1) Sit on the edge of bed - 5 big breaths 2) Diagonal lean + reach side to side 3) Wide squat +/- bed support 4) Sit to stand x 5 5) Marching (+/- knee to chest) 6) Gentle bouncing - wake up the nervous system! 7) Neck circles 8) Modified Child’s Pose using bed or wall 9) Stand + arm sweeps + smile! :) TSC Connect is powered by The ScoliClinic.
