Customer called for a winchout for a truck stuck in a parking lot. On my way the state patrol calls asking how long til i get there. Turns out the guy was blocking a entire road but failed to mention that. In this video on the drive there I discuss the frustrations of these types of dealings in heavy towing and recovery. many comments about why not pull it backwards ... pulling the trailer backwards would have drug the drive tires sideways creating much more resistance, also the front bumpers on these trucks so much better dragging thru mud forward than they do backwards.
