Restoring my Great-Grandfather's Rusty Antique Vise

Restoring my Great-Grandfather's Parkinson's Model-F no. 7 Vise that had been sitting in his outdoor garage for the past 25 years. My Great-Grandfather was a mechanic and a handyman so this vise has been through a lot over the decades that he used it. I inherited it after he passed away and decided I would do my best to restore it.
