How joint and gut health can overlap - an overview of enteropathic arthritis
These days there is a lot of discussion on how our gut health and diet can impact our general health (particularly relating to our microbiome). However our joint health can be related even more directly to gut health in auto-immune disease. Inflammatory conditions that affect the bowels like ulcerative colitis and crohn's can also lead to inflammation within our joint tissues. This video provides an overview on that link and provides some practical advice on how to get help.
