Make & Freeze Trail Food Using Egg Bite Molds

We try out our new egg bite molds with a great recipe for egg bites and we test how well they will freeze for use at a later date. Recipe: Egg Bites Distribute evenly across 7 egg bite mold cups 1/4 cup veggies/meat combo and a pinch of cheese in each. Fill cups to the top with the egg mixture: 4 eggs 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt Salt and pepper to taste Beat together until thoroughly mixed. Cover mold with foil and pinch into place to prevent steam condensation from gathering on the top of the egg mixture. Place 1 1/2 cups water in an Instant pot. Place a rack or trivet in the bottom of the pot and place the mold on it. Close the pot and select "pressure cook" and set timer for 9 minutes. Allow to vent naturally for at least 10 minutes or longer.
