Now grind green chilies, green coriander, dried fenugreek leaves and ginger garlic then add yogurt, cream, al spice powder, mango powder, cashew nut powder, lemon juice, butter and oil in it and make paste. Now put marinated chicken in this paste and marinate it for another 2 to 3 hours. Now either bake in oven or grill it in pan and give coal smoke. Serve with onion rings. Bread pudding: Ingredients: Croissant 4 Eggs 4 Cream 1 packet Sugar ¾ cup Cinnamon powder ½ tsp Vanilla essence 2-3 drops Butter ½ cup Raisins as required Method Make small pieces of croissant and put them in dish then add raisins. Now beat eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla essence and butter and add this on croissant and leave for 15 minutes. Now bake in pre heat until it got set. Take out and serve with ice cream. Lemon tahini pasta salad: Ingredients: Boiled pasta 2 cup Cucumber 1 Tomatoes 2 Chickpeas 1 cup Lettuce leaves for garnish Ingredients for dressing: Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt to taste Tahini paste 1-1/2 tbsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Mustard paste 1-1/2 tsp Method In a bowl mix boiled pasta, cucumber, tomato and chickpeas. Now mix all ingredients of dressing and mix all ingredients together and serve.
