Marinate the meat for an hour. Fix the meat on the skewers. While cooking brush the oil on meat. And cook on pan or grill until done. Chicken chunks salad: Ingredients Chicken chunks ½ packet Onion 1 chopped Cucumber 1 chopped Eggs 2 slice Carrot 1 chopped Lettuce 1 bunch Tomatoes 2 slice Ingredients for Salad dressing: Olive oil 1 tbsp Mustard paste 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Honey ½ tsp Sea salt ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Instructions: In a large platter spread lettuce leaves add all the ingredients. Mix the sauce ingredients and mix it well with salad and enjoy. Fudge brownies : Ingredients Melted butter ½ cup unsweetened cocoa ½ cup sugar 1 cup eggs 2 large vanilla 1 teaspoon flour ½ cup salted butter ¼ tsp Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 square pan or line with foil and set aside. In a medium bowl combine melted butter and cocoa and sugar stir until fully dissolved .add eggs one at a time then vanilla and stir until well combined. Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Be careful not to over mix. (Optional) fold in 1 cup of nuts, chocolate chips or anything you desire. Spread in pan and bake for approximately 20-22 minutes or until the center is slightly set. Be careful not to over- bake! Cool completely then cut into 9 large squares or 16 small squares. Dust icing sugar and icing cream (optional). Mint Raita: Ingredients Yogurt 1 cup Mint leaves half bunch Coriander leaves half bunch Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1tsp Green chilies 4 Salt to taste Mix all together and blend fine paste And serve with kabab
