Try to Survive 4 Days on a Desert Island with 10,000 Wild Birds

Surviving 4 days on a wild bird island with thousands of cormorants and seagulls. Bushcraft survival, fishing, camping and building an underground shelter on a remote island full of bird nests, eggs and chicks. A man travels 5 km by inflatable motorboat to a small remote bird island where tens of thousands of birds live. The island is about 2 hectares in size and covered with nests of cormorants and seagulls. Small water-resistant trees only 1–2 meters tall grow here, and almost every branch holds bird nests with eggs and chicks. After reaching the island light rain begins. With him he only has simple supplies: bread, butter, salt, sugar, a kettle and a blanket. His plan is to fish and survive on the island. He catches a large 4 kg carp and several smaller fish and cooks them over open fire. At night he sleeps outside under a blanket near the fire. In the morning he discovers that one chamber of his inflatable boat has lost air. Realizing that he may need to stay longer, he decides to build an underground shelter in the hill using wood beams washed ashore and reeds from the island. Over the next four days he digs a shelter about 4 meters long, 2 meters wide and 2 meters deep. He builds a roof using wooden beams and reeds, covers it with plastic and clay soil to protect it from rain. Inside he builds a clay stove and makes a simple bed from wood and reeds. During these four days he survives by fishing, cooking fish and living among thousands of birds on this remote wild island.
