Editing and camera:   / ilie.bucos   Homemade Obazda Ingredients: • 200g Camembert (aged, room temperature) • 50g softened butter • Optional: 2–3 tbsp cream cheese • 1 small onion • 1 tsp paprika (preferably hot) • Salt & pepper • ½ tsp ground or finely crushed caraway seeds • 2–3 tbsp wheat beer (non-alcoholic is also possible) • Chives, radishes, and cress for garnishing • Pretzels or farmer's bread for serving Preparation: 1. Roughly chop the Camembert and place it in a bowl. 2. Mash with a fork until it forms a chunky mixture. 3. Add softened butter and mix well. 4. Stir in cream cheese, if using – this makes the Obazda lighter and fresher. 5. Finely chop the onion and fold it into the mixture. 6. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed caraway seeds. 7. Finally, add wheat beer – this adds a special, creamy flavor and makes the spread easy to spread. 8. Mix everything well and season to taste. 9. Transfer to a rustic bowl and garnish with paprika, onion rings, cress, and sliced ​​radishes.
