1MBVR Training: Phase 2 Building Your Circle of 10

Phase 2 Training: Building Your Circle of 10 Phase 2 training equips Circle Leaders to identify, personally invite, and begin building genuine community with up to 10 people already in their lives — family, friends, friends of friends, and extended network — who are unregistered or have not voted recently. Leaders learn how to make a personal, specific ask (in person or virtually), use vote.org tools and the Impactive app to check each member's registration status, and immediately begin the relationship-building practices — shared group spaces, kickoff gatherings, rotating roles, and consistent touchpoints — that transform ten individuals into a circle ready to move together through registration, civic engagement, and the ballot by November 2028.
