FINAL RIDE! Fast OTIS Traction Elevators-Harrah's Hotel East Tower-Reno, NV

This was my final ride on these elevators, as this hotel will be permanently closing. I was not expecting this place to close. The property was sold by Caesars entertainment and the towers are going to be gutted. This place will undergo a massive RENOvation. It's supposed to reopen as "The Reno City Center" and it will be a non-gambling hotel and resort. It's such a shame that such a long-standing hotel will finally end its journey. I think it's safe to say that these elevators, as well as all the other ones on this property, will not survive the massive renovation. These are really cool and really fast OTIS Elevonic 401 elevators with custom Series 1! They're very rare and super fun to ride. I'm worried about the fate of these, but I will return in the coming years to see what happens.
