One Kettlebell. 20 Minutes. Full Body. 🔥 20-Min Full Body Kettlebell Workout 💪 This session is all about building strength, balance, and control using just one kettlebell. With a combination of unilateral movements, compound lifts, and bodyweight work, you’ll challenge your entire body while improving coordination, stability, and muscular endurance. I’m using 1x 20kg kettlebell, but choose a weight that allows you to move with good technique from the first rep to the last. Workout Structure: 10 Exercises | 2 Rounds | ~20 Minutes 40 sec work / 20 sec rest Exercises: Single Arm Swing (Right) Single Arm Swing (Left) Alternating Back Lunge Single Leg RDL (Right) Single Leg RDL (Left) Strict Press (Right) Strict Press (Left) Bent-Over Row (Right) Bent-Over Row (Left) Crush Push-Ups Repeat for 2 rounds. This workout combines explosive hip power, lower-body strength, upper-body pressing and pulling, and core stability into one efficient full-body session.
