Designed by Bhoomija Creations, this 2023 retreat navigates a high-density site to offer complete openness to the Arabian Sea while maintaining absolute privacy from the surrounding public roads and neighbors. Led by chief architects Ar. Guruprasad Rane and Ar. Manasi Puliyappatta, the project features a robust material palette of steel, concrete, and brick. Its high-pitched, A-frame structural geometry is specifically engineered to maximize waterfront views while blending seamlessly into the coastal environment.
