You can also use chicken thighs. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp curry powder (this is my home made curry powder) 1/2 tsp spicy chilli powder (Optional) 1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 2 green chillies (adjust as per preference) 2 tbsp of mango sweet chutney. If you dont have mango chutney, you can also substitute with jaggery or sugar 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 tbsp fresh tamarind pulp (soak in water). Can be substituted with lemon juice. - if u r using store bought pulp use less as its really sour. If u like to do indian cooking buy a block of deseed fresh tamarind pulp and u can keep it in your pantry for an year. Fresh tamarind has a fruity and slightly sweet flavour and gives body to the dish. 1 medium onion sliced 1 tsp of salt (or as per taste) Finishing spices: 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves/ Kastoori methi
