Lights, Camera - DIY Lightweight Roof Rack Pt.1 | Mercedes Vario Bus Conversion

Our van build roof renovation continues with the installation of our roof rack foundation; some Ulti Bars that are super lightweight. These are actually designed for a high roof Ford Transit; but we risked it to see if they'd fit. We forget to say this in the video - which was a bit daft as it was a bit of an experiment as usual. We also add some goodies like a reversing camera, led flood light and DAB aerial in the factory hole. Getting all the old stuff looking sharp with new LED bulbs and ensuring they actually worked was also pretty rewarding.
