DIY Aluminium Custom ROOF RACKS with solar panels for $400! Bus / Van Conversion

We were getting quoted in the region of $4000 for a fully built roof rack to be put on top of our Toyota Coaster bus conversion which was just out of the budget for us. Instead, we reached out to the bus community and came up with an alternative which works perfect with mounting solar panels and eventually our roof rack (coming up next!)
