Welcome to Day 14 of the 75 Hard YOGA Challenge. Today we’re slowing things down but not checking out. This is active recovery. You’re still training just training something most people skip: breath, control, mobility, nervous system reset. You’ve worked hard this week core compression, inversions, glutes, hamstrings, spinal control... now it’s time to actually absorb all that work. This class is designed to help your body recover without losing momentum. We’ll move through slow, intentional flows, subtle strength drills, and breath-led transitions to regulate your energy and reset your movement.
