William Irwin's Modal Hornpipe - D/G Melodeon/Shruti Accordion

The drone sound is coming from the homemade "shruti accordion" next to me, I've attached a small electric fan which I can control with my foot to an old Hohner Student accordion that I bought a while ago for parts, then added clamps to hold the keys down. I've wanted a foot pedalled shruti box for ages, but being able to cobble this together mostly from bits I already had was much cheaper! I think I learned the tune from a John Spiers video ages ago, but I've recorded it now for the MelNet tune of the month.
