Father pays for accused daughter to take lie detector test

Alexandra McDonald is having to sit mock exams in isolation as she remains excluded from Rochester Grammar School despite her passing a £600 lie detector test her father paid for. The 16-year-old was excluded alongside 17-year-old Maddie Colley but they insist that they have been framed. Alexandra's furious father, Peter McDonald, forked out for a lie detector test to prove his daughter did not leave nuts on the severely allergic teacher's desk. Nuts are banned at the school but Mr McDonald said the only evidence against his daughter is the fact she was seen giggling near the classroom in a free period.
