You'll be using dumbbells; in this case, I used 2 and 3 kilos in each hand, and you'll also need a handle (it can be any broomstick you have at home). All the exercises are marked by musical beats. This time, I've chosen instrumental music at a slower speed than I usually use in toning routines. I decided this way so you can take advantage of this routine to connect with your body, feel the muscles you're working at all times, maintain synchronized breathing with the exercises, and, above all, enjoy the movement. It's suitable for all levels, as you can increase or decrease the intensity by adding or removing weight from your dumbbells, or even without them.
