In this class, we'll work together to: Strengthen the arms, shoulders, and upper back Improve scapular stability Open the chest and free the breath Reduce tension in the neck and shoulders Rediscover the feeling of being supported from within Why is it important to train the upper body? When the arms and shoulders are weak, the load falls on the neck and back, posture narrows, and every daily movement becomes more tiring. Training this area helps you feel more stable, present, and confident in your body, with broader breathing and a more open posture. Before you begin, listen to yourself: How are you feeling today? Let your response guide the practice, without judgment.
