40 min Grounding Hatha Yoga: Find Peace through Movement
Follow along with this 40 minute traditional hatha yoga practice to feel grounded and at peace. This hatha yoga flow is primarily focused on standing yoga asanas to create a feeling of wholeness and stability. It is a basic full body hatha yoga for all levels which means we will move through a traditional yoga sequence in a slow mindful way with a big focus on breathing. This 40 minute full body yoga practice will be good for anyone who wants to focus on correct alignment, improve their balance, and find peace and stability in basic traditional yoga asanas. That will be easier to achieve with the help of detailed explanation, alignment cuing, modifications and attentive guidance. We will begin this complete yoga class with a few rounds of Sun Salutations, followed by standing poses before we come down onto the mat for seated stretches. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice 4-5 times a week to see some progress.
