40 min Intermediate Yoga Flow | Full Body Strength and Flexibility
This is 40 minute intermediate full body yoga practice. It is aimed to improve your total body strength and flexibility. This 40 minute intermediate power flow is rather energetic and fast paced. It will start with full body warm up and muscle activation before we can relax into deeper stretches. This power vinyasa flow for intermediate level is all you need for a full body awakening and uplifting practice that will include both strength and flexibility elements. This beautifully energizing flow is a perfect balance between muscular engagement, surrender and breath. I will encourage you to focus on your breathing every step of the way as we move through transitions from one pose to another. Your breathing will guide you and support you revealing places of unnecessary tension and all the potential that is kept in your body. Potential for a healthy and happy living grounded in respect for your physical body and gratitude for your precious life. This sequence is rather energetic. We will go through a full body warm up, Sun Salutations and exercises for muscle activation to build heat in our body. It will be followed by a powerful standing sequence to strengthen our lower body. There will be a few challenging transitions and balancing poses. We will work on our full body strength before we dive deeper into our flexibility. This practice will continue with backbends and feel good deep hip stretches to improve our flexibility. There will be no breaks offered within this 40 minute intermediate yoga flow but you are more than welcome to pause this video and take a child’s pose whenever it feels necessary. After you repeat this sequence a few times your body will begin to memorize the sequence and learn new skills and workload. This 40 minute yoga for full body strength and flexibility will be suitable for more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs. No equipment is necessary for this practice. This practice is geared more towards intermediate level practitioners. Do your best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.
