The first installment is "Tatiana Roastery." This coffee shop is located in a renovated house along Koshu Kaido, a six-minute walk from Kamikitazawa. Owner Yamashita-san worked at the Nishikoyama branch of the coffee shop "Poem" for eight years, while also serving coffee from a food stall at "Thursday Coffee Stand." He opened his own shop in Kamikitazawa last July. The shop, which has a cafe-like, coffee stand-like atmosphere, also sells its own blend of roasted beans and original goods. The coffee brewed by Yamashita offers a glimpse of his wonderful personality, with a taste that's sure to leave you feeling at ease.
