A Beautiful Virginia Lake-2 days at Smith Mountain Lake

We spent two days paddling & camping at Smith Mountain Lake State Park in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia. This was our second lake to explore on our 10-day road trip through Virginia. The views are plentiful and the activities here are endless. 🏕️ We spent our two days at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park on the North Shore of the lake located in Bedford County. We camped at the state park campground in tent site #29, enjoyed the beach area & had a blast paddling the surrounding area.
