Deep Fried Oysters & Scallops

A few weeks ago a subscriber kinfly sent me over seven dozen oysters, two pounds of scallops and do tin of caviar. This awesome seafood shipment came from island creek oysters. I made a video about shucking and eating some oysters raw with caviar. Then another video about charbroiling a dozen oysters.
