❌ Sour Chicken Kofta (Gilani Style) ❌ Watch this video, enjoy it, and don’t forget to subscribe to us 🙏🏻🥰 Ingredients: Chicken (a mix of breast and thigh): 300 g Salt and black pepper Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons Ground walnuts: 100 g Pomegranate paste: 1 tablespoon Grated tomato Grated onion, squeezed to remove excess juice Grated garlic Aromatic herbs (Chochagh and Kotkotoo – you can substitute with mint and cilantro) Tomatoes: 2 A pinch of saffron Instructions: 🌺 Chop the chicken and pound it until it becomes smooth and mashed. Add salt, pepper, onion, cornstarch, and garlic, then knead well. Cover and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In a separate pot, lightly sauté the onion, grated tomato, walnuts, pomegranate paste, and aromatic herbs together. Add cold water and let the sauce cook until it thickens and is well combined. Shape the chicken mixture into small balls and fry them lightly. Add the chicken koftas to the sauce only after it has been boiling for about 1 hour 🌺 Tip: Let the dish simmer for about 3 hours until fully set and flavorful. Fry the tomatoes separately, place them on top, and let the dish boil uncovered for 15 more minutes. Your delicious Sour Chicken Kofta is now ready! 🍲✨ #cookingchannel #food #cooking
