Tagda Raho. 🇮🇳 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In this session, I’m working with a 9kg Modular Gada — a combination of the 6kg Gada head and the 3kg Vajra grip. The heavy handle and unique weight distribution make the swinging dynamics and torque control completely different from a standard Gada. Throughout this video, I’ll take you through a series of movement flows — from Half Parikrama and Gadadhara to Under Swings and Double-Handed Flows. These movements build full-body coordination, grip endurance, and rotational strength, while improving power transfer from the lower to the upper body. You’ll also see how different Gadas — including the XL Grip Limited Edition and the Mighty Vajra — affect training, torque, and control. This is not just about lifting heavy — it’s about learning to move with weight. Every rep trains your body to work as one unit — balanced, connected, and strong. 👉 Start light (4–5kg), focus on technique, and progress gradually. Whether you train for strength, sport, or mobility — the Gada offers a timeless way to build real-world power. Train Desi. Train Tagda. Jai Hind.
