Continuing our journey through Queensland’s Central Highlands as we travel Australia in our 4X4 camper Land Rover Defender, to Lake Nuga Nuga (Sandstone Wilderness belt) WOW! We NEVER expected this place to be so spectacular, it’s remote, quiet, has an abundance of wildlife, a real gem of Queensland and is bush camping at its very best. There’s no facilities so we camp completely off grid, bringing all our own food and water, totally self-sufficient, plus we come up with a plan for our toilet waste.
