The dough with sour milk cheese turns out incredibly soft and delicate, and it is also versatile, so you can make galettes with savoury fillings. Well, during the plum season, we usually take advantage of the opportunity and definitely make galettes with them. The combination of soft cheese dough and juicy plums is very tasty and perfect for family tea parties or festive tables.
