Персиковая галета на творожном тесте - простой и очень вкусный летний пирог!

Recipe for fragrant fruit biscuits on cottage cheese shortcrust pastry! 😀 Curd 5-9% - 150 g Flour - 180 g Butter 82% - 105 g Yolk - 1 pc. Salt - a pinch Peaches - 500-600 g Starch - 1.5 tbsp Sugar - 2 tbsp (for sprinkling) 1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve 2. Grate the chilled butter along with the sifted flour. 3. Add cottage cheese, yolk and a pinch of salt and quickly knead the dough. Gather it into a single ball, divide into 2 parts if necessary, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Peaches cut into slices and mix with starch. 5. Roll out the dough into a circle and spread the filling. Wrap the edges in the middle. 6. Lubricate the edges of the dough with protein and sprinkle the biscuit with sugar. 7. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes (until browned).
